River Grove Elementary is located in the southwest corner of the City of Lake Oswego. Built in 1968, the school currently accommodates 330 students from Kindergarten through sixth grade. Organized by blended classrooms, students stay with the same teacher for two years. They move from being the younger student to the older student in classroom configurations that groups first and second graders, third and fourth graders, and fifth and sixth graders. River Grove classes average about twenty-six students per teacher. |
