1/12-13/2012 All-State Middle School Groups- Band, Orchestra, and Choir, check-in on Thursday, January 12, 12:30-1:10 PM at the Eugene Hilton; Hilton Hotel and Conference Center-66 East 6th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401, (541) 342-2000. Students need to
be at their rehearsals by 1:30 PM. Please make sure that they eat lunch prior to rehearsals as they will not eat until dinner.
1/12-14/2012 All-State Jazz- Jazz, check-in on Thursday January 12, at 12:00 Noon on the Mezzanine at the Eugene Hilton; Hilton Hotel and Conference Center-66 East 6th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401, (541) 342-2000. Plese make sure that they eat lunch prior to rehearsals as they will not eat until dinner.
1/13-14/2012 All-State Elementary- Elementary check-in on Friday, January 13, 8:00-8:30 AM at the Northwest Christian University, Burke-Griffeth Hall, Banquet Room. Please see driving directions Rehearsals begin at 9:00 AM. Please make sure students eat breakfast prior to rehearsal as they will not eat until lunch.
