TO RECOMEND STUDENTS 

-Login to the website

-Go to the "members only" box on the top navigation bar

-Click the drop down box that says All-State Applications

-Select Middle School Recomemndations

-Fill out the form carefully!

DIRECTORS- The cost per middle school participant will be $205.00

OMEA membership MUST be current in order to access the recommendation form

Directors of All-State students must be registered and in attendance at the All-Northwest Conference

DATES & DEADLINES

Recommendations Open:  September 1, 2012

Recommendation Deadline:  October 5, 2012

Acceptance Notification:  November 15, 2012

Accepted Students' Registrations Due:  November 30, 2012
