Minutes from the April 19th Executive Meeting

1. This years events:
   -Fall Inservice
   -Solo Contest Jr. Sr.
   -Metro Festival
   -Budget: $2338.00
2. Next year events:
   -Fall Inservice, same format, add Mike Klinger, registration fee higher to cover Mike.
   -M.S. Solo Contest, facility , maybe a high school like Sheldon or Springfield High School.
   -H.S. Choir Festival, 2nd Tuesday in April (same as Dist. 4) Include District 11 and Roseburg. Will talk at the metro meeting about the metro festival help run this festival.
   -H.S. Band Festival, Spring Meeting Agenda, must get a date and format
3. Spring Meeting Info
   -May 23rd. at the Dunn School (3411 Willamette, by post office), mass email with agenda. Agenda items are advocacy, this year/next year, Solo contest, seperate ensemble day (maybe at Sheldon).
4. Fall inservice committees
   -Choir Reading session-Mike and Mark
   -Band Reading session-H.S. Rob, M.S. Joe and Tracy
   -General Music-Suzanne
   -Registration-Tracy and David
   -General Clinicians-Tracy
   -Music Industry-Mark
