Description:
Festival Location: Crescent Valley High School, Corvallis.

Scott will notify directors via email with registration, fee, etc. information.
The festival was created to give area schools, big and small, a positive, supportive performance venue. Advanced as well as "second" bands are encouraged to participate.
We welcome schools from outside district XI to participate as time will allow.
