1:00pm - 1:30pm	Registration Parents and directors may drop students off. Luggage stored there. Willamette High School (Band/Choir) Meadow View Middle School (Orchestra)
1:30pm - 5:00pm	Rehearse; breaks at the discretion of the director.
5:00pm - 5:30pm	Dinner break
5:45pm - 8:30pm	Rehearse
8:30pm	Board bus for Hilton Hotel
9:00pm - 10:00pm	Check-in at the Hilton Hotel
10:30pm	Curfew - all students in rooms.

Concert admission is $8.00 This covers our use of the Hult Performing Arts Center

7:30am - 8:00am	Check-out of Hotel. Load busses, return to Willamette High and Meadow View
8:30am - 11:00am	Orchestra Rehearse Then: 11:00 - 11:30 Lunch; 11:30 Load Busses, return to Hilton
8:30am - 12:00pm	Band/Choir Rehearse Then: 12:00 - 12:30 pm Lunch; 12:30 Load Busses, return to Hilton
12:00pm - 1:30pm	Orchestra Dress Rehearsal on on Hult stage
1:45pm - 2:30pm	Band Dress Rehearsal on Hult stage
2:30pm - 2:45pm	Set-up stage for choir
2:45pm - 3:30pm	Choir Dress Rehearsal on Hult stage
3:30pm	Open doors to audience
4:00pm	Choir Concert

Students are released to their parents following the concerts.
