Oregon Band Directors Forum � A place for small schools, too
One of the biggest challenges facing teachers in small school districts is that we are often the only music people in our school district. (We're often the only music people in a 100-mile radius). This makes it difficult to talk to
others in the profession about needs and concerns in our programs.
In an effort to provide a community for those of us in small schools as well as to provide a sounding board for band directors in the state I have created the Oregon Band Directors Forum. It is a free service, there is no advertising, no pop ups�it is simply an informal threaded discussion site devoted to all things band.
