teachers should print out the corresponding packet for each of their students to take home and fill out.
they are to return the packet with payment to their teacher.
Teachers are responsible for completing registration for each of their accepted students as well as submitting payment (Through the Opus site - Not our Omea site)
When you log into Opus, you will see the homepage, click on Teacher Overview. Students that are accepted will not say “not paid” because they now need to pay the registration fees.
Click on Edit next to your accepted students’ name to view the registration page to enter in the info given back to you from parents
Accepted forms of payment: credit card, purchase order or check (remit purchase orders/ checks to the office of the omea Attn: carolyn sutton, executive director - 560 a ne f st pmb 732; grants Pass, or 97526)
All-State Application Placement Notifications: Emailed on Friday, October 27th.
To view placement results and to register students for All-State, go to the Opus Event site (link in yellow below). (You do NOT need to log into our OMEA site to register for All State).
Registration Deadline: Friday, November 17th by 11:59:59 PM
Payment Deadline (if paying through a Purchase Order or check): Friday, December 1st

****Clarification for high school band: If your student is assigned --> "Wind Symphony only/OMEA All-State HS Symphonic Band" This means that they were selected for Symphonic Band.*** (Wind Symphony = Symphonic Band)
