OMEA Members
Login to the 'members area' of the web site to update your account information and privacy preferences. Your updated information will be included in the online directory. After logging in, click on the "PROFILE" link under your name (in the right column) to access your information.

Login Troubles

1.  IF your MENC membership has lapsed, you will not be able to access the OMEA Membership pages. We receive updates monthly from MENC to advise us of updated membership. However, the receipt (timing) of that information as it trickles over to us, may result in your access being blocked at a critical time (such as the All State Applications process). If you know that your MENC membership is current, please provide the confirmation information and new expiration date to the site adminstrator either by email or by using the Contact Us form of this site. We will process that information as quickly as possible to get you reinstated.

2. In order to communicate with such a broad and wide membership base, we have adopted a Newsletter Service to help us manage this daunting task. Several Newsletters have been emailed thoughout the summer since the new site was launched to help members login to the Membership pages and access their Profiles. If your information is not current, then you have been left out of the loop. It is your responsibility to keep your membership information current so that you are always informed. If you think you know your "username" there is a good chance that you can use the following password "111111" to access your information (do not include the quotes). Please try this. Then change your password and update all your information. IF you still cannot login, please contact the site adminstrator either by email or by using the Contact Us form of this site. We will provide that information as quickly as possible to get you reinstated.

Non-Member Updates
Non-members may have their school and contact information updated in the OMEA Directory by accessing the Contact Us form. Please advise us as to the areas that you want updated.
 

General Information
If you don't see your school on our district school pages or in the directory, please let us know by accessing the Contact Us form.
 

Privacy
Oregon Music Educators Association is committed to protecting your information. All music educators can opt to have their personal contact information omitted from the online directory by submitting their school information instead.
